Aaron A. Farmer, P.L. is a law firm whose core strength is in the area of domestic and international tax and corporate law. Prior to establishing the firm, Aaron Farmer was a tax partner in one of Florida’s oldest and largest law firms, having previously gained extensive experience as Senior Counsel with the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, DC. During his tenure with the government, Mr. Farmer was responsible for providing administrative guidance and technical advice on such matters as domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, the Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act, and the tax classification of U.S. and foreign entities.
