Matthew S. McRoberts, Associate Mr. McRoberts joined Farmer & Associates in the Fall of 2011. His practice covers a broad range of taxation including state and federal tax controversy, corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and international tax planning. Mr. McRoberts joined the firm upon earning an LL.M. in Taxation, in 2011, from the New York University School of Law. He is a 2010 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the Woolsack Honor Society and recipient of the Joseph Parker McKeehan Award for exemplary service and academic achievement. He received his BA in government from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. Mr. McRoberts is licensed to practice law in New York and before the United States Tax Court. Mr. McRoberts is a member of the New York, American, and Federal Bar Associations. |
